  • Are Dubia Roaches good feeder insects?
    • Yes, Dubia Roaches are high in protein, calcium, and moisture making them very healthy for your pet. They are also lower in chitin than other feeders making them easier for your pet to digest them.
  • My roaches came dead! What do I do?
    • Pease contact us immediately via our contact page. Also, put them in a warm environment and see if they start moving again. This can happen if they are cold. If they do come back, they will be perfectly healthy and can be fed to your pet as usual.
  • My package says "delivered" but I can't find it. What do I do?
    • Please search in all unusual places the mailman may have placed it. If you still cannot find it, please contact the postal service as they can usually sort this type of thing out.
  • Do you provide an overcount on Live Insects?
    • Yes, we do. Since we use a weight method to count your feeders, we always provide an overcount to ensure everyone gets what they pay for and more!
  • What days do you ship?
    • We generally only ship Mondays and Tuesdays but will occasionally ship on Wednesdays.
  • How do you pack live insects?
    • All live insects are packed in a cardboard box enclosed in a large priority envelope.
